Deposits, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

To book an appointment at Diamond Beauty & Aesthetics, a non-refundable booking fee deposit is required per service treatment on the day of request. This deposit can be transferred if at least 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will forfeit your booking fee deposit. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee deposit, and the remainder of the missed appointment fee will be charged.

Appointments are only confirmed upon receipt of the booking fee, after which you will receive a confirmation email for your treatment. If you arrive late for your appointment, please be aware that we may not be able to carry out your full treatment as scheduled, as we must accommodate the next client. There are no reductions in fees for late arrivals, even if the full treatment cannot be completed due to your late arrival.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, with the expiry date clearly marked on the voucher. These vouchers can be used for treatments only. Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure availability.

Courses Packages

Course packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
